Amid a Japanese toy-dispensing machine, skull wearing a set of hamburger headphones, cartoons, and loads of other memorabilia, OneBurger serves up 30 different gourmet burgers to satisfy every mood, and craving.
“OneBurger recipes are modern and really delicious,” said Daniel Guiteras, the restaurant’s founder. “Today’s consumer has a more sophisticated food sense.”
This little hideaway joint, set in Coral Gables, offers beef, chicken/turkey, seafood, and vegetarian burgers.
You’ll find the traditional BBQ ($6.95), Philly ($6.45) and a Royal Castle-inspired Black Castle ($5.75) burger. Unique variations include the Kobe Beef ($12.95) or Frita Cubana ($6.45).
Among customer favorites are the Left Bank ($6.45) topped with brie and sweet red onion, and the creamy Goat Cheese ($6.95) including peppers, a crispy onion and sun-dried tomato butter.
The Chicken burgers come in Spicy Mex ($6.95), Curry ($7.25) and Cordon Bleu ($7.75). The Turkey in a Club ($6.95) and Spa ($7.75) with avocado, buffalo mozzarella, and creamy balsamic vinaigrette are also tasty options.
Seafood burgers include Pan Fried Cod Fish ($6.50) and the Spicy Tuna Cali Roll ($10.95).
Vegetarians have their choice of Organic ($6.45), Spicy Cheese ($6.95), BBQ ($6.95), or Portobello and Walnut Crusted Goat Cheese ($6.95).
Turn your burger in a meal by adding French, sweet, or yucca fries (starting at $2.25), onion rings (starting at $2.85), or a soup of the day ($3.95).
They also offer a large variety of specialty salads (starting at $9.75) and grilled, crispy, or blackened chicken sandwiches ($6.75).
Shakes (starting at $2.95) and desserts (starting at $1.50) are a sweet way to end your meal.
