ShaoRoma is Beautifully, Traditional and to the Point

By Anais Alexandre

When I walked up to the ShaoRoma Food Truck, I was instantly charmed by its simple design – pristine all-white truck, with classic blue lettering embossed on its facade, and nothing more.

Everything on the menu is priced at $3 – $8! They have Tandoori Chicken Wraps, Salata de Bucharest (a cousin to the Italian Insalate Caprese), Gyros, and more, but I ordered the Romanian Fries.

These are freshly-cut, thin fries cooked to perfection with garlic oil, feta cheese, and handful of fresh dill. Now, that’s what I call cheese fries!

It was a fantastic experience. One of the best food trucks I’ve tried. You gotta love a place that’s honest, has great prices and true culinary artisans that make magic in the kitchen.
