Escape the daily grind at Bahama Breeze’s Happy Hour, weekdays from 4 – 6 p.m. in Kendall.
A quick glance at their island inspired menu and you’ll understand why they tout “it’s always summer here.”
Take a seat under the gazebo amid fire torches and live music, and in minutes you’ll forget you are just feet away from the rush hour traffic on Kendall Drive. Reggae, Calypso and contemporary tunes instantly put you in a getaway state of mind.
The happy hour menu consists of traditional appetizer classics, rotating seasonal selections and a variety of tropical drinks.
Draft beers – including Aruba Red, Stella Artois, Yuengling, and Guinness – are $2 for 14 oz. and $3 for 20 oz. Their wide assortment of bottled beers ranges are $3. Wines are $2 off.
Premium Well Brand Classic Cocktails with Bacardi, Bombay, Seagams, Smirnoff, J&B, Jim Beam, and Jose Cuervo are all $3. Specialty drinks, such as the Pineapple Coconut Martini, Ultimate Piña Colada and what may be the best Mojito available on the mainland are just $4.
Those counting calories will be thrilled with their Skinny Drink Offerings – Citrus Cooler, Five-Citrus Margarita, Skinny Paloma, and Skinny Mojito.
Coconut Shrimp, Jamaican Chicken Wings and Pulled Pork Sliders are just few of the delicious $5 appetizers you can nibble. All are created with fresh ingredients and wonderfully presented.
With a revamping of the menu taking place every 3 or 4 months, make sure to ask you server about new additions.
“The new warm goat cheese with crisp flatbread crackers is my favorite,” says Susan Bagrationoff of Kendall.
A wonderful place for a party or group event, they can accommodate 200 in a private, or semi-private environment catered to your needs.
