Get your romance on at one of Miami’s most alluring restaurants…Crazy About You.
The newest venture from the owners of Dolores, But You Can Call Me Lolita, is perfectly situated in the heart of Brickell with a stunning view of the bay at sunset.
Like her sister restaurant, Crazy About You offers sophisticated dishes at very reasonable prices. The menu is broken down into three entrée categories: $16.99, $19.99 or $23.99. Each entrée includes an appetizer of choice. During lunch (from 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.) it’s a few dollars less per entrée. In addition, you can order house wine for $4 by the glass or $14 for a bottle all day, everyday. Note: There is a $10 sharing charge per person.
For starters, you’ll find Serrano Ham Croquettes, Mediterranean antipasto, Asian Vegetable Spring Rolls, calamari, among others. Entrée highlights include Mikey’s Slow Braised Steak and Portobello with Creamy Arborio Rice (sort of like risotto), Sweet and Spicy Petit Pork Ossobuco with Mofongo Mash and Applewood Grilled Short Rib.
We recommend the Message in a Bottle dessert for $5. The ingredients for this make-it-yourself treat are presented in a beautiful basket, including a chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate fudge, and strawberries. You also get a piece of paper to write a favorite quote or thought and drop it in a big glass bottle. Every month, the staff draws a winner to receive a free dinner. Sweet!
They also offer elegant indoor dining and a cool bar area at the entrance.
